Es ist möbliert mit einem bequemen Doppelbett, einem elektrisch höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch und dem Schmuckstück – einem massiven, vom Schreiner gefertigten Kleiderschrank aus Pinienholz. Das Zimmer liegt ganz am Ende des langen Flurs und ist somit angenehm ruhig.

Das gesamte Penthouse hat Fußbodenheizung, ist hervorragend gedämmt und verfügt über ein begrüntes Dach.

Wir sind hier vor 1,5 Jahren eingezogen und haben ein super Verhältnis zu unseren Nachbarn. Leider zieht unser liebgewonnener Mitbewohner aus, deshalb suchen wir jemanden, der entspannt und unkompliziert ist – dafür aber Lust hat, den ein oder anderen Abend mit uns im Wohnzimmer oder auf der Dachterrasse zu verbringen. Wir grillen gerne, spielen Spiele, tüfteln an kleinen Projekten und freuen uns, hin und wieder coole Leute zu Besuch zu haben.
Ich (Tarek) hab noch eine kleine Bastelwerkstatt mit einer gut bestückten Werkzeugkiste, 3D-Drucker, Lötkolben u.s.w an meinem Zimmer angeknüpft – perfekt um gerne mal etwas zusammen zu reparieren oder bauen. In der Küche steht ein Kaffeevollautomat, der uns mit Cappuccino und Espresso versorgt, und der Haushalt ist komplett ausgestattet. Wer nichts mitbringen möchte, muss es auch nicht.

Großen Putzstress gibt es nicht, da wir eine Putzkraft haben, die regelmäßig alle Gemeinschaftsräume und Bäder reinigt. Außerdem erledigt unser Staubsauger-Wisch-Roboter fast täglich seinen Dienst. Natürlich packt trotzdem jeder mal mit an, wenn es nötig ist, aber hier dreht sich niemand wegen einer ungespülten Tasse im Kreis. Regeln gibt es, aber niemand klammert sich daran – und trotzdem funktioniert das Zusammenleben wunderbar.

(ENG) Everything is in excellent condition and high-quality equipped. The room has its own private balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, and underfloor heating. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed, an electrically height-adjustable desk, and the highlight – a solid pinewood wardrobe, handcrafted by a carpenter. The room is located at the very end of our long hallway, making it pleasantly quiet.

The entire penthouse has underfloor heating, is well insulated, and even has a green roof.

We moved in 1.5 years ago and have a great relationship with our neighbors. Unfortunately, our beloved roommate is moving out, so we're looking for someone who is easygoing and relaxed – but also enjoys spending the occasional evening with us in the living room or on our huge rooftop terrace. We love grilling, playing games, tinkering with small projects, and hosting cool people from time to time.

I (Tarek) also have a small workshop next to my room, equipped with a well-stocked toolbox, a 3D printer, soldering tools, and more – perfect for anyone who enjoys repairing or building things together. In the kitchen, there's a fully automatic coffee machine that keeps us supplied with espresso and cappuccino, and the household is fully equipped. If you don’t want to bring anything, you really don’t have to.

There’s no cleaning stress, as we have a cleaning service that regularly takes care of all common areas and bathrooms. Plus, our vacuum-mopping robot does its job almost daily. Of course, everyone pitches in when needed, but no one here freaks out over an unwashed cup. There are rules, but no one is obsessed with them – and yet, our shared living works out just fine.
