Hello, I am renting a room in my flat. The room is fully furnished, so it is perfect for anybody who has just moved to Berlin and is looking for a permanent place. The kitchen is as well furnished and there is a washing machine that you could use without any extra- costs in the bathroom.
The rent is 500 Euro, utilities included. An additional 30 Euros per month should be paid as we are planning to hire a cleaner to help with cleaning the common areas.

The flat is located at a crossroad between York Strasse and Potsdamer Strasse, pretty central to Berlin. Hence it is quite close to wherever one wants to go and to Berlin's top attractions. It is also well connected (multiple S, U, and bus stations 5 to 7 mins walking distance from home) and there are various shops, coffees, and restaurants in the corner.

To us, the flat is a haven of peace. We are looking for someone who values that as well. This includes being tidy, clean, and respectful. We also do not smoke, so smoking inside the flat is not welcome.
We also prefer our home calm, and familiar, henceforth we prefer to keep parties, meetings, and sleepovers out of the flat. (this is even more important considering the higher costs of energy if the rent should be kept constant).
