Von der Lage her sind wir sehr gut an verschiedene öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Verschiedene U-Bahnhöfe sind in Kürze zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch verschiedene Busslinien fahren hier vorbei.

In terms of location, we are very well connected to various forms of public transportation. Various subway stations are within walking distance. Various bus routes also pass by here.

Für mich ist ein respektvolles und harmonisches Zusammenleben entscheidend. Das bedeutet, dass man rücksichtsvoll miteinander umgeht, sich gegenseitig unterstützt, wo es nötig ist, und offen kommuniziert. Ein guter Kommunikationsstil, Verlässlichkeit und ein gewisses Interesse am Gegenüber sind für mich zentrale Voraussetzungen.

Mit Anfang 30 suche ich keine “wilde” oder chaotische Wohngemeinschaft mehr, sondern ein stabiles und angenehmes Wohnumfeld. Ein hoher Sauberkeits- und Ordnungsstandard ist mir wichtig, und ich wünsche mir Mitbewohner*innen, die diesen ebenso wertschätzen und bereit sind, ihren Anteil an Haushaltsaufgaben zuverlässig zu übernehmen.

Ebenso wichtig ist mir ein ökologisches Bewusstsein. Ich möchte mit Menschen zusammenwohnen, für die Mülltrennung sowie ein nachhaltiger Umgang mit Produkten und Lebensmitteln selbstverständlich sind. Dazu zählt für mich auch, Energie und Wasser bewusst zu nutzen – also sinnvoll zu heizen, zu lüften und Strom nicht unnötig zu verbrauchen. Außerdem halte ich eine Wegwerfmentalität für den falschen Weg und finde es wichtig, bewusster mit den Dingen umzugehen.

Als Hauptverantwortlicher für die Wohnung bin ich es gewohnt, die oft nicht unkomplizierte bürokratische Organisation zu übernehmen. Daher ist es mir umso wichtiger, dass gerade bei praktischen Aufgaben gemeinsam an einem Strang gezogen wird und die Arbeit, die eine Wohnung nun mal mit sich bringt, nicht unverhältnismäßig verteilt ist.

Darüber hinaus ist mir ein gewisses Gemeinschaftsgefühl wichtig. Ich möchte nicht mit Menschen zusammenleben, die völlig aneinander vorbeileben, sondern mir ist ein freundliches Miteinander und ein gewisses Interesse am Leben der anderen wichtig – ohne dabei die Privatsphäre des Einzelnen zu verletzen. Gleichzeitig sollten alle Mitbewohner*innen ihr Leben auch außerhalb der Wohnung führen und sich nicht ausschließlich in den eigenen vier Wänden zurückziehen.

Ich toleriere keine rechtspopulistischen oder sexistischen Haltungen und möchte nicht mit jemandem zusammenleben, der solche Ansichten vertritt.

Was Gäste und Besuch betrifft, gibt es klare Regeln. Alles kann besprochen werden, jedoch sind die Zimmer an einzelne Personen untervermietet, sodass dauerhafter Besuch nicht vorgesehen ist.

Privatsphäre und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sind essenziell – insbesondere in Bezug auf Ruhezeiten und Lärm. Ein respektvoller Umgang mit dem gemeinsamen Wohnraum ist für mich selbstverständlich.

Die Wohnung verfügt über viel Platz, sodass sich niemand eingeengt fühlen sollte. Jeder hat genügend Raum für sich, während gleichzeitig ausreichend gemeinschaftlicher Bereich für ein angenehmes Miteinander vorhanden ist. Zudem ist sie mit allen notwendigen und gepflegten Einrichtungsgegenständen ausgestattet, sodass ein Einleben unproblematisch sein dürfte.

Aufgrund persönlicher Unklarheiten bezüglich meines weiteren auf Langzeit bezogenenen Verbleibs in dieser Stadt oder Wohnung ist der Zeitraum für die Untervermietung zunächst auf ein halbes Jahr befristet. Je nach Verlauf des Zusammenlebens und nach gemeinsamer Absprache wäre eine Verlängerung der Untermiete möglich. Dies ist der Zeitrahmen, den ich aktuell anbieten kann.

For me, respectful and harmonious coexistence is crucial. This means treating each other with consideration, supporting each other where necessary and communicating openly. A good communication style, reliability and a certain interest in the other person are key requirements for me.

In my early 30s, I'm no longer looking for a "wild" or chaotic shared flat, but a stable and pleasant living environment. A high standard of cleanliness and tidiness is important to me, and I want flatmates who also value this and are willing to reliably take on their share of household tasks.

Ecological awareness is just as important to me. I want to live with people for whom waste separation and the sustainable use of products and food are a matter of course. For me, this also means using energy and water consciously - in other words, heating and ventilating sensibly and not using electricity unnecessarily. I also believe that a throwaway mentality is the wrong approach and think it's important to be more conscious about how we use things.

As the main person responsible for the apartment, I am used to taking on the often complicated bureaucratic organization. That's why it's all the more important to me that we pull together, especially when it comes to practical tasks, and that the work that an apartment entails is not disproportionately distributed.

A certain sense of community is also important to me. I don't want to live with people who are completely at odds with each other; instead, I value friendly interaction and a certain interest in each other's lives - without violating anyone's privacy. At the same time, all flatmates should also lead their lives outside the apartment and not withdraw exclusively into their own four walls.

I do not tolerate right-wing populist or sexist attitudes and do not want to live with someone who holds such views.

There are clear rules regarding guests and visitors. Everything can be discussed, but the rooms are sublet to individuals, so permanent visitors are not allowed.

Privacy and mutual consideration are essential - especially with regard to quiet times and noise. Respectful treatment of the shared living space is a matter of course for me.

The apartment has plenty of space, so no one should feel cramped. Everyone has enough space for themselves, while at the same time there is enough communal space for pleasant interaction. It is also equipped with all the necessary and well-maintained furnishings, so settling in should not be a problem.

Due to personal uncertainties regarding my continued long-term stay in this city or apartment, the subletting period is initially limited to six months. Depending on the course of our cohabitation and after mutual agreement, an extension of the sublet would be possible. This is the time frame I can currently offer.

Zu mir:

Ich bin 31 Jahre alt. Ich bin in Berlin geboren und größtenteils hier aufgewachsen. Ich spreche fließend Deutsch und Englisch und ein bisschen Türkisch und Französisch. Meine Englischkenntnisse sind überdurchschnittlich gut, da ich einige Jahre in London aufgewachsen bin und bis heute Kontakt zu Freunden mit internationalen Hintergründen halte. Von Beruf bin ich Metallbauer. Ich habe die letzten fünf Jahre für verschiedene, unter anderem auch künstlerisch-arbeitenden, Metallbau-Unternehmen gearbeitet. Zurzeit habe ich Zweifel daran, diese Arbeit zukünftig dauerhaft weiterzuführen und überlege, mich neu auszurichten. Der Handwerksberuf bleibt mir natürlich immer weiter als Möglichkeit erhalten bis sich das herauskristalisiert. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne schwimmen oder schaue mir einen Kinofilm an. Ich bin gerne in der Natur unterwegs und schätze es auch sehr, zu verreisen und Neues von der Welt zu sehen, wenn sich die Möglichkeit anbietet.

I am 31 years old. I was born in Berlin and grew up here for the most part. I speak fluent German and English and a little Turkish and French. My English skills are above average as I grew up in London for several years and still keep in touch with friends with international backgrounds. I am a metalworker by profession. I have spent the last five years working for various metal fabrication companies, including artistic ones. At the moment, I'm having doubts about continuing this work in the long term and am considering a new direction. Of course, I will always keep the craft profession as an option until that materializes. In my free time, I like to go swimming or watch a movie. I like being out in nature and I also really enjoy traveling and seeing new things in the world when I get the chance.
