We are looking for a new (preferably FINTA* student) roommate to join our WG in Tempelhof! :) The room has approx. 15 m² and is very bright with its 2 large windows.
The rectangular room comes unfurnished, so that you can give free rein to your creativity when furnishing it.
About the WG:
You’ll be living with the best three roommates ever:
Ryuma (23) is the WG’s zen-master and peacekeeper. Ryuma is the guy who always finds a solution, with a good dose of dark humor. Plus, he is the proud owner of an airfryer and a rice cooker that he generously shares.
Alex (26) is the sunshine of the WG and the life of the balcony who brings the spice to our everyday world. He’s always celebrating your wins, big or small, and is the kind of neighbour everyone wishes they had—super supportive and always up for a chat.
Laura (23) and her really cool stickbug are often found chilling in her room or sipping tea on the balcony. She lives for the free museums on the first sunday of the month and new post-punk bands recommendations.
We’re definitely not a Zweck-WG! We’ve got a monthly dinner tradition, and between that, you’ll find us chilling on the balcony, playing card games, or just enjoying each other’s company while having a small or big chat. But no pressure: only join in whenever you feel like it. We also have a cleaning schedule so that everyone has the pleasure of mopping the floors.
Now the hard facts:
• Dishwasher and washing machine (we all chipped in for those, so there’s a small cost share)
• Move-in date: November 15th (maybe a little flexible, but we can talk about that)
• Rent (cold): € 580
• Additional costs (for internet, GEZ, and electricity): ca. € 70
Location:
• 1 minute walk to U-Bahn station Alt-Tempelhof (U6)
• 7 minutes walk to S-Bahnhof Tempelhof and Tempelhofer Feld
• Multiple supermarkets and shops in walking distance
As you will have the room for half of November, but I have already paid rent for the whole month, I would like to ask you for half of the warm rent.
