20qm Zimmer in 2er WG / 20qm room in 2 person WG

Vor der Wohnung sind direkt zwei Bushaltestellen (282/M76), zur nächsten U Bahn (U6 Westphalweg) oder S Bahn (S2 Attilastraße) läufst du zu Fuß weniger als 10 Minuten, die Busse fahren auch direkt dorthin.
Dieser Teil Tempelhofs/Mariendorf ist ruhiger und entspannter, du bist aber wirklich überall sehr schnell (Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Tempelhof, Schöneberg alles in weniger als 30min).
Fußläufig in der Nähe ist auch ein schöner Park, der Mariendorfer Volkspark. Restaurants, Kneipen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch alle fußläufig schnell erreichbar.

There are two bus stops (282/M76) directly in front of the apartment, and the nearest subway (U6 Westphalweg) or S-Bahn (S2 Attilastraße) is less than 10 minutes' walk away, and the buses go directly there.
This part of Tempelhof/Mariendorf is quieter and more relaxed, but you can get anywhere very quickly (Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Tempelhof, Schöneberg all in less than 30 minutes).
There is also a beautiful park within walking distance, the Mariendorfer Volkspark. Restaurants, bars, and shops are all within walking distance.

Mein Mitbewohner zieht aus und daher bin ich auf der Suche nach einer neuen Person, die mit mir hier leben möchte. :) Ich bin 28, bin kurz davor meinen Master zu machen und danach mal sehen haha. Ich bin ziemlich gern unterwegs, sei's so in der Natur oder auf Parties oder auf Reisen und versuche meinen Alltag entsprechend anzupassen. Ich suche nicht nach Familienersatz in der WG, aber möchte auf jeden Fall ein entspanntes Miteinander und suche keine Zweck-WG. Sauberkeit ist mir schon wichtig, da bin ich bisschen Alman rip. Konkrete Vorstellungen, wen ich suche, gibt es nicht, stell dich einfach vor und dann sehen wir, ob's passt. Das ist sowieso das Wichtigste! ✨

My roommate is moving out and therefore I am looking for a new person who would like to live here with me. :) I'm 28, about to finish my masters and after that let's see haha. I like to be out and about, be it in nature or traveling or partying and try to adapt my everyday life accordingly. I'm not looking for a family replacement in the flat but I definitely want a relaxed and good atmosphere in the WG. I am not looking for a solely functional flat share. Cleanliness is important to me, I'm a bit Alman in this regard rip. I don't have any specific ideas about who I'm looking for, just introduce yourself and then we'll see if it fits. That's the most important thing anyway! ✨

Erstmal würden wir "auf Probe" zusammenwohnen und schauen, wie wir uns miteinander fühlen. Das ist auch entspannter mit Blick auf Mietvertrag und so. First we would live together “on a trial basis” and see how we feel about it. That's also more relaxed with regard to the rental agreement and so on. Then we can see how things go from there and we can discuss everything else in person anyway! Feel free to ask if you want to know anything else. 😊
