Schönes möbliertes Erkerzimmer in 2er WG, Park rundum

Die Gegend ist eher ruhig, mittlerweile ziehen viele Familien zu, die von den vielen Parks rundum profitieren wollen. Es gibt ein super schönes Café mit Rösterei keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Zudem ist das Tempelhofer Flugfeld nur 5 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt! Öffentliche Verkehrsanbindungen sind zahlreiche vorhanden, Bus, U-Bahn sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (Stationen Alt-Tempelhof (U-Bahn) oder Bus M46 oder 140 Berlinickeplatz oder Alt Tempelhof), der S-Bahn-Ring ist auch in der Nähe und schnell zu erreichen. Die U6 ist sicher die schnellste Verbindung ins Zentrum (Dauer Alt-Tempelhof bis Friedrichstraße 15 min und Alt-Tempelhof bis Kurfürstenstraße in unter 30 min).
Es gibt verschienene Supermärkte, von Discounter bis Biomarkt, von Ikea bis Bauhaus ist alles fußläufig.

Rather quiet area, but recently a lot of young families move here. There is a lovely café nearby, they roast the coffee beans themselves! The Tempelhofer Feld airport park is just seven minutes with a bike. Public transport is no problem, there are U6 stations Alt-Tempelhof nearby, as well as the S-Bahn Tempelhof, and several buses. To go to the centre it will take you about 20-25 minutes.
There are tons of supermarkets nearby, from discounters to organic stores, from DIY craft stores to Ikea you'll find everything within walking distance.

Derzeit wohne ich (w, interessiert, offen, viel beschäftigt, NR) mit einer freundlichen Katze (w, kastriert) in der Wohnung. Ich bin Lehrerin mit den Fächern Kunst und Englisch. Ich koche gern, wenn ich Zeit habe. Ich gehe sehr gern auf Konzerte und höre viel Musik (mit Gitarre, Rock und RadioEins). Es gibt DSL, das per Flatrate und WLAN zur Verfügung steht. Und eine Whirlpoolbadewanne!
Ich reise oft und der/die neue Bewohner/in sollte nach Absprache dann da sein (es sind bei mir immer die Schulferien). Ich bin nicht unbedingt eine Quatschtante, aber würde mich freuen, wenn das eine oder andere nette Gespräch zustande käme. Musik hören gerne, aber kein Dauertechno bitte.
Potenzielle KandidatInnen sind gerne Studis! Gern auch Erasmus.
Es ist unbedingt wichtig, dass du Katzen in Ordnung findest und sie ggf. füttern kannst und keine Scheu hast, eine Katzentoilette zu reinigen, wenn ich nicht da bin.) Zwischen dem 12.4. und 2.5.2025 müsstest du da sein, um der Katze etwas zu essen geben zu können.. !

I (f, non-smoker, friendly and open-minded) am a teacher (art and English) and you would be living here with me and a cat (also f, and friendly but quite shy, likes eating a lot - or begging for food). I like cooking when I have time. I love going to concerts and listen to a lot of music (guitar, old and new, rock, and my favourite radio station radioEins), I appreciate people whose favourite music is not techno or R'n'B. There is internet (Wifi) and a whirlpool bathtub.
During Berlin school holidays I travel a lot, so you can hopefully be there and feed the cat. To me it is absolutely necessary that you are ok with cats. I am not a chatterbox but from time to time I like to have some conversation and a shared meal. Important: You have to be in Berlin between 12 April and 4 May 2025 to feed the furry friend (cat).

Wegen der Befristung möchte ich keine Anmeldung durchführen.
Die Katze: Ich bin eine Cat Lady. :) Ich möchte, dass es meiner Katze gut geht, auch wenn ich nicht da bin. In den Berliner Schulferien bin ich oft weg, zB schon in den Osterferien und bestimmt auch im Sommer. Nike, meine Katze, hält sich meist in meinem Zimmer auf, geht gern mal in den Garten. Sie ist aber keine, die tagelang herumstromert und kommt immer abends wieder rein. Sie ist etwas eigen, lässt sich nicht gern von jedem anfassen, aber von den meisten die sich ruhig bewegen schon, sie hasst den Staubsauger, genießt aber Gesellschaft. Sie kommt gerne ins Zimmer und setzt sich dazu, gern aufs Bett. Ein paar Katzenhaare sind in der Wohnung unvermeidbar, wenngleich ich es nicht schlimm finde im Vergleich zu anderen Katzen! Sie ist keine Schoßkatze, aber sehr lieb, beißt und kratzt überhaupt nicht.
Wenn du bereit bist, mit einer Katze zusammenzuwohnen, oder vielleicht sogar etwas schnurrende Gesellschaft sehr gerne magst, ist die Wohnung genau deins!! :3 Daher kommen auch Kandidaten, die eine Wohnung nur als "Basis" suchen, um selbst dauernd unterwegs zu sein, nicht in Frage. Ich hoffe, ich finde eine Person, die sich hiermit identifizieren kann!

The cat! I am a cat lady. :) I want my cat Nike to be happy, also when I am not there. I tend to be travelling in Berlin school holidays (so I will be away for Easter holidays for three weeks, and also in summer). The cat has been in my apartment all her life. Most of the time she is in my room anyway but she also likes to stroll around the garden every once in a while. She doesn't bother people much and doesn't want to be touched a lot, but she enjoys company and sits down near people somewhere. Some cat hair is unavoidable in the apartment, but it is not as crazy as with some other cats I think. She likes chilling but is not a lap cat, hates the hoover. She has a nice and calm character and doesnt't bite or anything. So if you LIKE some feline purring company, this place is just right for you!! In other words: if you are looking for a "base" for your own travel or if you have to be away a lot for your job, this place is not right for you. I hope I can find a person like that. :)

You can give me a call from 5pm, but it is better to text and best to send a mail! A zoom conference can be a contemporary alternative when you are not available for a visit. But it is better if you come over and have a look at the room and my apartment by appointment and meet me and the cat, Nike. More info upon request!
