I’ll be spending February and March out of town (latest 30.03.) so I’m looking for a kind and reliable person to sublet my room while I’m away.
Our flat was originally a 5-person WG, but we’ve downsized to 3 as life has gotten busier for all of us. Now it’s a cozy, social space with two friendly flatmates who are chill and welcoming (m/f).
Here’s what you can expect.
Room:
- 15m² in a 110m² flat, fully furnished, and packed with comfort:
- A 2m x 1.40m bed and plenty of storage.
- A high-quality standing desk (1.8m long) with a 27” LG monitor (USB-C) and a BOSE 2.1 sound system—perfect for work or play!
- A small air filter for added comfort.
- Quiet, north-east-facing window overlooking the courtyard.
Shared space:
- Two bathrooms (you’ll mostly have the pictured one to yourself as my flatmates use the other).
- A well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher.
- A cozy living room with a beamer.
- Internet: 100 Mbit/s download, 30 Mbit/s upload.
The flat is in the ‘Osram Höfe’ area:
Convenience: A tram stop just 2 minutes away connects you to U6/U8/U9 lines. U-Bahn stations (Osloer Straße, Nauener Platz, Seestraße) are a 10-minute walk.
Nature: Schillerpark is 5 minutes away, and there’s a bike path leading to Plötzensee and Saatwinkler Damm.
Food & Fitness: A Korean restaurant is right next door, with plenty of other bars and restaurants 5-10 minutes away. McFit gym and a Netto supermarket are also just 2 minutes from the house.
You’ll share the flat with Eddy and Lara, two super easygoing and sociable flatmates. We like to keep things relaxed while respecting each other’s space.
