I'm leaving my beloved room, so I'm looking for a responsible and friendly tenant for our 3-person WG for zwischenmiete. The rent is 600 euros warm. The room is available only for 3 months in the beginning (February, March, April). It can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Looking forward to hearing from you!
The flat is on Mullerstrasse, but in a green and quiet 2nd hinterhof and a cemetery next to us. It's 3 mins walk to U Leopoldplatz(U6, U9), 15 mins walk to S-Wedding. There is rewe, bio market, penny, lidl, asian and turkish supermarkets all within 5 min walking range.
You will be living with Carolina (26) and Jacob (30). Both are lovely people, who are down to have a cosy chat in the evenings, but also understand when you need space after a long day.
Carolina is a graphic designer from Portugal. She enjoys doing crafts, going to concerts and often bakes yummy sweets for the flat.
Jacob is from Ireland and works in the music industry. (something about the economics of streaming music, I still need a powerpoint presentation to fully understand) He used to be a chef, so you can find him cooking delicious food every evening. He is interested in politics and art.
We are a working WG, so we enjoy a calm relaxing environment at home. We are looking for a respectful and friendly flatmate :)
