The room is well furnished has a desk, lamps, shelves, big window and balcony etc. Is very quiet.
The room is adjacent to a 36m2 shared big open livingroom and kitchen, in a beautiful rooftop apartment (in total the apartment has 120m2, 3 bedrooms) filled with light, quiet, and plants.
The apartment is in a new building off the street alongside the Panke canal, with huge windows, views, lots of light, plants and art. In winter it is well isolated and has floor heating, so its very warm and cosy. 30m2 deck runs on both sides of the apartment.
Big bathroom, with deep bath and separate shower. Guest bathroom also.
Downstairs a large garden, with benches, trees, etc, can be used.
Supermarkets, cafes and public transport (both S and U) are very close by. Also a swimming pool in summer is 5min walk away.
For 3-5 months initially, possibly for long-term.
Shared with: Steve (Australian), works for an art gallery and Arryn, (also Australian) artist, has an atelier nearby, also with Monica, Arrryn's partner, a writer and historian, who will be away for some larger periods of time.

Good connections to public transport. 3-4 minutes to Wedding SBahn (S41/42, Ring) Humbolthain (S1,2 etc), U6, Buses. 20-30 min walk to the heart of Mitte.
