The room is relatively small (2,27m x 4,36m) but functional, it has all the necessary furniture, some items can be removed if needed (or you can bring extra furniture). Currently it has: small wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, bed with matrace, book shelve and mirror. It has electric blinds from outside. The room has lock and keys. The room door has glass (opaque), but it can be covered with paper/fabric for privacy.

The area is really quiet and green, there are no busy roads outside the house. There are a few cool places within a 10 minute walk: Panke Culture (bar, gallery and concert venue), Silent Green (concert venue and restaurant), but generally it's more of a residential area. U6 is only 3 minutes away, Ringbahn (Wedding) and S-Bahn-Hunbolthain - both less than 10 minutes walk. There are a few parks (Volkspark Humboldthain, Park am Nordbahnhof) and outdoor training areas nearby.

This is a 3 room flat, 2 of the rooms are occupied by a couple (Zygi & Dily), the 3rd room will be free at the end of the month because the roommate is moving out.

About us: We're an international couple from Lithuania and Bulgaria, we speak English and German. Our hobbies: cooking, sports, books, watching movies/series and chilling out, skateboarding/inline skating, hiking, growing plants, visiting museums and cultural/music events, DIY stuff, drawing, board games and healthy lifestyle. Professionally, we do something related to IT and graphic design. It's not a party WG, but we're open to spending time together, let's say chilling in the garden with a beer, eating pizza and watching films, or going out together.

We are looking for a TIDY, reliable and easy-going person who shares some common character traits with us, has a private life and wouldn't mind hanging out together sometimes. It's super important that our flatmate accepts tips and constructive criticism on household matters (mainly cleaning) so that we can learn from each other and avoid anger. Rent can be long or short term. Available move-in date: early January 2025. Official registration (Anmeldung) is possible.
