The room is spacious and bright with a window facing west and direct sun in the afternoon.
There's a large bed, a sofa, and a dining table with 4 chairs. There are 4 closets to store your things, as well as a clothes rack. If you need more space, there's some storage space in the other room as well as in the cellar. This room is big enough for 1 person or for a couple (anmeldung only possible for 1 person).

The room has access to a nice balcony with view to the quiet backyard.

This house is very quiet and you barely hear the cars on the street from the balcony.
The building is only 2-storeys high, so there are very few neighbors.
It is located 5 minutes by bus from S-Bahn Zehlendorf, and there's also a night bus all night.
You can park your bicycle in the bike rack in the backyard.
There's an Edeka 2 minutes away just around the corner.
The Freie Universität is just a short walk away (15 minutes).

The apartment has one large room and a smaller office/room (see pics).
I'm subletting the larger of the rooms as I will be living abroad for extended amounts of time.
While I'm away, you are free to use the office room as you please. I estimate to visit less than once per month for a few days. While I'm visiting, I would be sleeping in the office room.

A bit about me: I'm a software developer, 34 from Portugal. I'm gay, vegan and I don't smoke, so being LGBTQ+, veg and a non-smoker definitely gets you extra points (:

I'm looking to rent this for an yet indeterminate period, but not indefinite period. I'm only looking for someone willing to stay at least 4 months. Both parties agree to a 2-month notice period before ending the contract (negotiable).
