searching for the next place to call home starting from April!

I’m Sue, 33 years old, just moved to Berlin from Amsterdam to spend more time with my friends! I work as a UX designer /programmer remotely for a Dutch company.
I’m clean, respectful and I value open communication. I’m very considerate of other people’s time and space as much as I value my time and space to be respected. I consider myself a very self-aware person and always open to receive constructive feedback.

I ideally search for a place I can call home, where to live peacefully and recharge my batteries. For me it's important to feel safe at home, to know that I can talk to my roomies and have a good time but also be able to have"me" time when I need it. This is also why I'm not searching for a "party" house. I’d love to share an apartment with like minded people who are ok with deep conversation as much as with silly ones. Just don’t break spaghetti in front of me and we’ll be good friends :)

In my free time I love to spend time with my friends or go to the gym, moving my body is really essential for me and it helps me to keep a balance. I’m also a music lover, I collect vinyl, make music and one year ago I picked up drumming and I’m totally in love with it!

Since I just arrived, my Schufa (jetzt beantragen) report doesn’t say much about my credit history. I can provide bank statements, proof of income, payslips, or a confirmation from my employer to show that I have a stable income.
