Wg-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete April-Juli

Die WG liegt in Neukölln, ganz in der Nähe vom Weserkiez und nur 10 Minuten vom Kanal entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es hier angenehm ruhig, da das Haus in einer Einbahnstraße liegt. Die Bars und süßen Cafés sind aber nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Falls du gern draußen bist: Mit dem Rad bist du in 10 Minuten auf dem Feld, zu Fuß in 15 Minuten an der S-Bahn Sonnenallee, und die U7 Karl-Marx-Straße ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem fährt der Bus direkt vor der Tür ab – also top angebunden!

The flat is in Neukölln, close to Weserkiez and just 10 minutes from the canal. Despite its central location, it’s peacefully quiet, as the building is in a one-way street. However, bars and cute cafés are just around the corner. If you like spending time outdoors: You can reach Tempelhofer Feld in 10 minutes by bike, S-Bahn Sonnenallee in 15 minutes on foot, and U7 Karl-Marx-Straße in just 5 minutes. There’s also a bus stop right outside the door, so you’re well connected!

El piso está en Neukölln, cerca del Weserkiez y a solo 10 minutos del canal. A pesar de estar en una zona céntrica, es muy tranquilo, ya que el edificio está en una calle de un solo sentido. Sin embargo, los bares y cafés están muy cerca. Si te gusta estar al aire libre: Puedes llegar a Tempelhofer Feld en 10 minutos en bicicleta, a la S-Bahn Sonnenallee en 15 minutos caminando, y a la U7 Karl-Marx-Straße en solo 5 minutos. También hay una parada de autobús justo frente al edificio, así que está muy bien conectado.

Ich wünsche mir eine Mitbewohnerin, die Lust auf ein schönes, gemeinsames Wohnen hat und die Wohnung mit Leben füllt. Jemanden, auf den man sich freut, wenn man nach Hause kommt, mit dem man auch mal entspannt abhängen und über das Leben philosophieren kann.

Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind mir wichtig, aber ich bin kein Ordnungsfanatiker – manchmal kommt auch der Chaot in mir durch. 😄 Dafür putze ich auch mal für andere, wenns passt. Ich habe absolut keine Lust auf eine Zweck-WG – mir geht es um ein ausgeglichenes, entspanntes Miteinander. Ich lebe vegetarisch, kann es aber verkraften, wenn ab und zu ein Stückchen Fleisch im Kühlschrank landet.

Ich arbeite in einem kleinen Softwareladen und bin gerade auf Jobsuche – du wirst also vielleicht hin und wieder meine Frustration darüber hören. Nebenbei studiere ich berufsbegleitend an der UdK, meistens am Wochenende, also bin ich gut eingespannt.

In meiner Freizeit spiele ich Beachvolleyball, habe ein Gartenprojekt (super schöner Ort im Sommer zum Abhängen) und plane, wieder regelmäßig klettern zu gehen. Ich bin gerne viel draußen, mag kleine Festivals, und wenn ich die Möglichkeit habe, bin ich beim Surfen. Ich liebe Natur, Berge und das Meer – am liebsten wellig! 🌊🏄‍♂️

I value cleanliness and organization, but I’m no neat freak – sometimes my chaotic side takes over. I also don’t mind cleaning for others if we balance things out. I’m not looking for a flatshare where everyone just coexists – I’d love to create a nice and relaxed living atmosphere together.

I work in a small software company and am currently looking for a new job – so you might hear me vent about that from time to time. I’m also studying part-time at UdK, mostly on weekends, so my schedule is pretty packed.

In my free time, I love playing beach volleyball, I have a community garden project (a great place to hang out in the summer), and I plan to get back into climbing. I also enjoy being outdoors, going to small festivals, and surfing whenever I get the chance. I absolutely love nature, mountains, and the ocean – preferably with waves!

Me gusta la limpieza y el orden, pero no soy obsesiva – a veces mi lado caótico se hace notar. No me importa limpiar para otras personas si equilibramos las tareas. No quiero un piso donde cada una viva por su cuenta sin interacción, prefiero un ambiente relajado y equilibrado.
