The apartment is at the entrance level, very quiet, even though it is right next to Postdamer Platz.
The apartment has two floors and in total has 5 rooms, two toilets (one of them has the bathroom) and a balcony.
2 rooms downstairs belong to my flatmate. And I am renting out two rooms that I own.
The small one is 10 m² which is used as a bedroom. It has one wardrobe, a bed for two people (160 * 220), a drawer and a bedside table.
The second room is around 14 m² , is being used as an office + chilling area. It has an open wardrobe, a standing desk, an old drawer with a mirror and a huge sofa.
We have a huge kitchen + living room as common area which is around 40 m².
The property is in the immediate proximity to restaurants, cafes and shops characterise the surroundings as well as charming places and green oases, such as the Gleisdrecick Park. A fast connection to the other Berlin districts is ensured at any time by the subway and suburban train. (The apartment is 3 mins walking distance to U2 mendelssohn bartholdy park stop, 4 mins to U1- U3 Glesidreick stop, 5 mins to S1/S2/S25/S26 Anhalter Bahnhof S Bahn Stop, 2mins to M29 and 4 mins to M41 stops.)
You are gonna be flatmates with Ivan (38) who is from Russia and can speak fluent German and Russian. He is also learning English and Spanish and generally we communicate in English. He is working at a company which is producing semiconductor chips. He loves to go to Holmes Place to work out and relax in the sauna. He tries to pay attention to work life balance and very open person too. He likes to party from time to time and is a social person who likes people. He is learning Programming at his free times, politically active at SPD and supports Russian opposition in Germany. He says that his religion is Love and Peace. He is also queer, so the person/s who would like to rent the rooms have to be LGBTQ friendly.
