This is a completely new apartment (my flatmate and I are the first tenants) on the last floor of the building. The room I'm renting is spacious and comfortable with access to a balcony. We have a modern kitchen and bathroom, and share a living room too.

The location is just amazing! Next to U-bahn Seestrasse (U6) and 5-8 min walk to Leopoldplatz (U6/U9). There are buses on the main street too. Right on the corner there's a REWE, BIO and an asian shop, in a shopping mall. There's also a Lidl at a walking distance of 5-8 min.

There are plenty of bakeries, restaurants, cafés and coffee shops.

We are very friendly, respectful and clean people. We like to have a clean space, so always try to keep a tidy kitchen, bathroom, common areas and our bedrooms. We do a lot of home office, maybe once or twice a week we head to the office but generally we stay home. We do respect our own spaces but there are times spontaneously talking in the kitchen/living room while having a meal. And we share the chores, of course!

We look for someone that's clean, relaxed, respectful, nothing that has to do with racism, homophobia or any type of discrimination. Ideally, somebody that is currently working.
