Hi,
Two rooms are available from April/May 2025 onwards. The big Room is around 18 square meter with A bed, Desk and Chair as well as A chest of Drawers and A shelf plus clothes hanging rack. The total rent of the Room is 250 Euros Warm. The Price for taking over the furniture in the room is open for discussion.
The small room available is around 11 square meter and the rent is 200 Euros warm. The room is also furnished with a bed and a desk. The price for taking over the Furniture is also open for discussion.
Both the rooms are furnished with curtains and light fixtures as well.
The apartment has a fully functional kitchen with a washing machine, a cook top stove, oven and Fridge as well as a lot of dishes and silverware.
The apartment building has an elevator so moving in with heavy bags will be quite easy.
I would be moving out in a few months and would require whoever moves in to take over the kitchen ( price/terms can be discussed). The person who will take the small room can also then consider moving into my room once I move out ( 18 sqm room with Balcony).
The apartment is in a great location, you live practically in the middle between the university campus and the city. The city and therefore several small stores (Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, DM, fitness studios, etc.) can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by bike. A Lidl supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
The campus is 15-20 minutes away by bike or bus and about 5-10 minutes by car.
Bernburg Central Station is around 20 mins by walk so one can walk to the apartment even at night when there are no buses in service.
Bus stops to get to the university are within 5 minutes walking distance.
The coworking space/project room COI is also 5 minutes away, where you can meet up with friends or study for university.
I currently work in at the Hochschule Anhalt but would be moving out in a few months. So the person taking the smaller room can also consider taking my room (18 sq.m) with a balcony and balcony furniture in a few months.
