Hello there! We're looking for a new flatmate for our WG from the 01.04.2025.

Here are the main things to consider:

390 Euro Warm (heating, electricity and internet included)
+50 Euro fee for the furniture and the fridge and mini-oven that we bought new around a year ago)
+350 Euro deposit
-Furnished room (Closet-not in the best condition, could be repared or discarded by you-, chest of drawers, table, chair, queen/size bed and bookshelf)
-Own bathroom (There is a washing machine for common use inside though)
-Shared kitchen and living room with fridge, freezer, mini-oven, stove, TV, sofa and armchair.
-Perfect location: in the city center, less than 5 minutes by foot away from the main train station, Rewe, DM, Rosmmann, Asian supermarket and Pharmacy. 10 minutes away by foot from the closest Lidl.

Bolivar and Lena live in the WG

Bolivar is 31 years old, and currently working as a consultant for KPMG. He is a socially chill and easy-going person. He likes to play the drums (currently learning) and likes every kind of sport (Basketball, Football, and Box are his favorites).

Lena (me) is 25 years old and I am currently doing my masters at the university here. I'm from Thailand so I often cook asian food. I also enjoy going to the cafe, traveling, trying new food places and meeting with friends.
