Student at University of Bremen

I'm Varsha Yuvaraj, and I am originally from Karnataka, India. From the 1st April 2025 I will move to Bremen, Germany. In India, I am currently working as an engineer in the automotive sector and will start my master's degree in the field of Communication and Technology at University of Bremen.

A little more about myself - I exercise and do Yoga regularly and also learn German. I would be happy to share the apartment with someone from all over the world. I am very open, tidy and organized, I like to stick to myself and help others when necessary. I like to cook, so I need a kitchen. I attach great importance to respecting the house rules, keeping the room clean and always being ready to offer a helping hand - whether it's fixing a dripping faucet or helping with other tasks. I have a stable income (banked account) and a solid financial basis, which ensures that rent payments are made on time and reliably. I treat rental properties with the utmost care and respect, keep them clean and immediately report any maintenance problems. I believe in open and transparent communication. I respond to requests from the landlord and keep the communication channels open for any concerns. I am looking for a long-term rental agreement and would like to find a place that I can consider home over a longer period of time.
