Hello everyone!
We have a lovely room becoming available in our shared apartment, and we’re looking for someone to join our WG! 😊
The room is large, bright, and filled with natural light. It comes partially furnished, including a built-in loft bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair, all available for €320. This makes it super easy to move in and start settling down right away!
Our apartment has 4 bedrooms in total and offers space to enjoy:
- A cozy living room where we sometimes spend time and eat together.
- A big kitchen that’s fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including dishwasher.
- One bathroom with all the essentials.
- A balcony, perfect for enjoying fresh air or a coffee break.
- We also have a secure and convenient bike parking area in the inner garden of the building.
The location is fantastic! We’re just:
- 10 minutes on foot from the university and Altmarkt.
- 5 minutes away from Stadthalle and Spree Galerie.
- Close to a Rewe supermarket (5-minute walk) for everyday shopping.
- Near a gas station, perfect for picking up essentials on Sundays when most stores are closed.
For public transport, the Tram Line 3 stops right in front of the house, making it easy to get around the city.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with three wonderful flatmates: Yana, Ivanna, and Nebo. Yana is working and has a passion for art and dance. Ivanna and Nebo are students and like going to the gym, among other interests. Despite our busy schedules, we often come together in the kitchen to share a meal, chat, and unwind!
While we love gathering in the kitchen for meals and good conversation, we also respect each other’s need for me-time. It’s a great balance of togetherness and personal space, making the WG feel like home.
Languages spoken are German, English, Ukrainian and Serbian.
We’re looking for a clean, considerate flatmate who values a balance of shared time and personal space. The room is available starting 20.01.25 earliest. The monthly rent covers utilities like water, electricity, and internet, so no extra costs!
