Hi everyone!
We’re looking for a new roommate to join our cozy and welcoming WG. The available room is bright, spacious, and furnished with essential furniture like a bed, shelving units, sofa and a desk. The wooden floors and warm yellow walls give it a homely vibe, making it a comfortable place to live and study or relax. The WG is located in a quiet area, perfect for students or professionals.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of storage and a table where we like to share meals. There’s also a cleaning schedule in place to keep everything tidy and organized, so everyone has a clean and pleasant environment to come home to.
The location is really close to Cottbus hbf (Walking distance). Tram line 2 is 3 minutes by walk and Tram line 3 and 4 is 5 minutes by walk. Blechen Carre is 5 minutes by walk.
You’ll be living with two relaxed and friendly roommates:
Asad (me), a university student studying AI, and
Aytay, a cheerful and easy-going young girl.
We enjoy chatting over a meal or drink in the kitchen from time to time but also value personal space. We’re both chill people who appreciate a harmonious living atmosphere.
