Die Haltestellen Kotteweg und Saarstraße sind jeweils 3 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Dort fährt die Straßenbahn Nr. 3 Tag und Nacht. Außerdem fährt die Buslinie 63.
Mit den Öffentlichen bist du in 5 Minuten in der Uni, in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, in 13 Minuten am Pirnaischen Platz (Altstadt) und in 20 Minuten am Albertplatz (Neustadt).
Mit dem Auto findest du vor der Haustür immer einen Parkplatz, in der Stadt bist du genauso schnell wie mit den Öffentlichen und in 5 Minuten bist du auf der A17.
Dadurch, dass wir auf einem Berg wohnen, ist die Abfahrt mit dem Rad auch immer sehr entspannt - dafür gibt es auch einen Fahrradkeller 😊
Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe (Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, DM, Konsum), ebenso Restaurants.

The stations Kotteweg and Saarstraße are 3 walking minutes away from us. The train number 3 drives day and night. Also the bus number 63 stops at these stations.
With the public transport you will be in university in 5 minutes, on the main station in 10 minutes, on the Pirnaischer Platz (Altstadt) in 13 minutes and on Albertplatz (Neustadt) in 20 minutes.
With your car you will find a parking lot directly in front of our door always and will be in the city at the same times as with public transport. Furthermore you can reach the highway A17 in just 5 minutes.
Since we are living on a hill besides from the beautiful view driving with your bicycle downsides can be really enjoyable - we also have a bicycle storage by the way 😊
Close by you can find numerous possibilities for grocery shopping (such as Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, DM and Konsum) and plenty of restaurants.

Wir leben zu dritt in der WG:
Fabi und Nati teilen sich das große Zimmer und sind ein Paar. Außerdem gehört zu uns der 10 Monate alte, sehr liebenswürdige Dackel Pablo. Wir sind beide in der IT Berufstätigkeit und nebenberuflich selbstständig. Dadurch haben wir immer viel zu tun und entspannen Abends gerne bei einer Shisha oder mit Freunden im Garten (sobald es wieder wärmer ist 😊). Wenn Corona wieder vorbei ist werden wir auch wieder deutlich mehr unterwegs sein, wenn nicht geschäftlich dann privat mit unserem Camper. Außerdem machen wir Sport und ernähren uns hauptsächlich vegan.
Alex ist Amerikaner und arbeitet für eine amerikanische Kirche in Deutschland. Er ist eher introvertiert, ruhig und ebenfalls beruflich gut beschäftigt. Er wohnt seit April letzten Jahres hier und wir haben uns bis jetzt sehr gut verstanden.
Partys sind bei uns die Ausnahme, gemeinsame Aktivitäten machen wir ab und zu, zbsp kochen oder abends zusammensitzen.
Unser derzeitiger 4. Mitbewohner zieht zum 30.4. aus.

We are three people living here:
Fabi and Nati share one big room and are a couple. Furthermore they have a little 10 months old, very lovely dachshund called Pablo. We are both working in the IT field and are also self-employed next to our main jobs. Therefore, we are always busy and like to relax in the evening with a shisha or friends in the garden (once its warmer again, at least 😊). As soon as corona is over we will be on the road again a lot more, either for business or privately with our camper. Besides from that we do sports and mainly eat a plant-based diet.
Alex is an American working for an American church in Germany. He is rather introverted, calm and also working a lot. He is living with us since april last year and until now we always went along very well with each other.
We rarely have partys in our home and sometimes do activities together, e.g. cooking together or sitting together in the evening and chat a little.
Our current fourth roommate will move out latest on the 30th of April.

Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer: das von Fabi und Nati, das von Alex und deins. Die Küche und ein Durchgangszimmer mit großem Esstisch kann von allen genutzt werden. Wir haben eine separate Toilette und Regendusche verteilt auf zwei Räume.
In den Gesamtkosten enthalten sind dein Zimmer, die Vollmöblierung, die anteiligen Kosten für die geteilten Räume, Zugang zum Fahrradkeller, 1 GBit Internet, Strom, Wasser und eine Putzhilfe. Grundsätzliche Sauberkeit setzen wir voraus.
Auch der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden.

The apartment has three sleeping rooms in total: yours, that of Fabi and Nati and an additional one for Alex. The kitchen as well as a floor with a big dining table can be used by everyone. We have the toilet and rain shower separated into two rooms.
The total costs contain your fully equipped room, the bicycle storage, 1 GBit internet, electricity, water and a cleaning aid. That you are clean in basic is fundamental.
Furthermore there is a garden that can be used by everyone in the house.
