Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Wohnstraße (30km/h) eines grünen Viertels. In 5 Gehminuten erreichen Sie die Hotspots des charmanten Zentrums von D-Flingern. Hier finden Sie viele Freizeiteinrichtungen, Café-Bars, tolle Restaurants, Galerien, individuelle Takeaways, eine Kunststiftung, Kunsthauskino, türkische Hammam, Thai Massage und vieles mehr.

Für Ihren Bedarf finden Sie auch verschiedene Supermärkte, Bäckereien, internationale Gemüseläden, Bio-Markt, Apotheke, Postamt, ATM, Fahrrad- und Rollerverleih, Friseur- & Barber-Shop, Second Hand- und Concept Stores und einen Bauernmarkt am Samstag.

Wir leben super nah an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die nächstgelegenen Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen befinden sich nur rund um die Ecke, die S-Bahn-Station, um zum Flughafen einen 4-minütigen Spaziergang zu fahren; der Hauptbahnhof nur 2 Haltestellen oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Direkt vor dem Hauptbahnhof finden Sie zwei Theater, ein Multiplex-Kino und die moderne Public Central Library mit kostenlosen Computer-Workspaces, Cafeteria und Terrasse.

In die historische Stadt, die KÖ, Little Tokyo, der Rhein, HSD, HHU und der Wald können Sie bequem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder mit dem Fahrrad fahren.

The flat is located in a residential street (30km/h) of a green neighborhood. In a 5 minutes walk you get to the hotspots of the charming center of D-Flingern. Here you find many leisure facilities, cafe bars, great restaurants, galleries, individual takeaways, an art foundation, arthouse cinema, turkish Hammam, Thai Massage and lots more.

For your daly needs you also find different supermarkets, bakeries, international vegetable stores, bio-market, pharmacy, post office, ATM, bike and scooter rental, hairdresser & barber shop, second hand- and concept stores and a farmers market on Saturday.

We are living super close to public transports. The nearest tram- and bus stops are just around the corner; the S-Bahn station to go to the airport a 4-min walk away; the Central Station only 2 stops or a 10-min walk. Right in front of the Central Station you find two theaters, a Multiplex Cinema and the modern Public Central Library with free computer workspaces, cafeteria and terrace.

To the historical town, the KÖ, Little Tokyo, the river Rhine, HSD, HHU, and the Forest you can go easily by public transports or by bike.
