Das 2023 erbaute Apartment ist ein richtig schöner Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Neben deinem eigenen Zimmer gibt es großzügige Gemeinschaftsbereiche, die modernes Wohnen angenehm machen. Die große, voll ausgestattete Küche im Wohnzimmer lädt dazu ein, gemeinsam zu kochen – Geschirrspüler, Backofen und alles, was du brauchst, sind natürlich da. Es gibt zwei moderne Bäder: eines mit bodengleicher Dusche und Badewanne, das andere mit bodengleicher Dusche. Der sonnige Balkon mit Blick auf den ruhigen Innenhof ist perfekt, um einfach mal abzuschalten. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Hauswirtschaftsraum, einen Fahrradkeller und Zugang zu Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Hausverwaltung kümmert sich um alles Wichtige im Gebäude, sodass du dich entspannt zurücklehnen und das WG-Leben genießen kannst.

Das Gallusviertel bietet dir alles, was du für ein unkompliziertes, städtisches Leben brauchst. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es die Tram- und Bushaltestelle „Galluspark“, und die S-Bahn-Station „Galluswarte“ ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort aus bist du schnell an der Uni, am Flughafen oder am Hauptbahnhof (nur 1 Minute mit einer der vier S-Bahnlinien). Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie InterMarkt, REWE, Aldi und Lidl sowie zahlreiche Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Die WG selbst liegt angenehm ruhig in einem gepflegten Neubau im Innenhof, abseits vom Straßenlärm – ideal, um mitten in Frankfurt entspannt zu leben.

The apartment, built in 2023, is a truly cozy place to call home. Alongside your own room, there are spacious shared areas that make modern living comfortable and enjoyable. The large, fully equipped kitchen in the living room is perfect for cooking together – it comes with a dishwasher, oven, and everything else you might need. There are two modern bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and a bathtub, and the other with a walk-in shower. The sunny balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard is a great spot to relax. Additional perks include a utility room, a bike storage area, and access to a washer and dryer. The building’s management takes care of all the maintenance, so you can kick back and enjoy life in the shared apartment.

The Gallus district has everything you need for an easy, urban lifestyle. Right outside the front door, you’ll find the “Galluspark” tram and bus stop, and the “Galluswarte” S-Bahn station is just a short walk away. From there, you can quickly get to the university, the airport, or the main train station (just 1 minute on one of the four S-Bahn lines). Grocery stores like InterMarkt, REWE, Aldi, and Lidl, along with plenty of restaurants, are all nearby. The apartment itself is pleasantly quiet, located in a well-kept new building set back in the courtyard, away from street noise – the perfect place to live calmly in the heart of Frankfurt.

Pia arbeitet als Psychologin und macht aktuell ihren Master, während Edgar im sozialen Bereich tätig ist. Beide schätzen ein entspanntes und freundschaftliches Miteinander. Uns ist es wichtig, eine gute Balance zwischen Gemeinschaft und Privatsphäre zu finden. Ob Kinoabende, Tanzen, Spiele, Ausflüge, Spaziergänge am Mainufer oder einfach ein entspanntes Gespräch bei einem Glas Wein – es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für gemeinsame Aktivitäten, immer so, wie es gerade passt. Jeder hat seinen Freiraum, und wir unterstützen uns, wo es nötig ist.

Whether it’s movie nights, dancing, games, outings, walks along the Main River, or just a relaxed chat over a glass of wine, there are plenty of ways to spend time together, always without any pressure. Everyone has their own space, and we support each other when needed.

Die WG befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist bequem über einen Aufzug erreichbar. Der großzügige Schnitt erleichtert Umzüge und macht sie unkompliziert.

Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann bei Bedarf flexibel für etwa 150 € im Monat angemietet werden – praktisch, wenn du mobil bleiben möchtest. Alternativ gibt es auch umliegende Parkmöglichkeiten.

Bei Interesse freuen wir uns über eine Nachricht. Wir antworten schnell und laden dich gerne zu einem Besichtigungstermin ein.
