All the rooms are adequately sized and quite cozy in a charming old house. The wardrobe/drawer/storage space, bed, a desk and a chair come together with the room.
Room 1 is attached to the first floor terrace for lovely morning views and room 2 and 3 face the garden and get plenty of sunlight. They are mirror opposites of each other. Room 4 is a bit smaller than the other three , hence cheaper as a result. The house is very spacious with a huge living room. We have a big couch and a TV downstairs in the living room. We also have a 1000Mbit/s Internet connection.There is a second smaller living room with a TV and a couch on the first floor. Additionaly, we have a big dining table for having meals and each person get 1/2 racks in the refrigerator and a drawer to store groceries in the kitchen. Every window of the house has a nice green view to the garden around the house.
It's 1 min away from the closest bus stop and is a 10 minute walk to the Freising train station. You can reach the university TUM in 15 mins walk, 5 mins by bike and even less by getting the bus across the street from the house. The city center is 5-10 mins walk away.
Our WG is a mix of students and professionals. We like to meet up in the evening and chill out sometimes. Taking the initiative to plan something together is always appreciated. With us, you can have the desired balance between private and social time. We are looking for 4 roommates for our WG. You can contact us to setup an appointment to visit, when we can also get to know you.
We cook quite regularly and share most of our utensils. We have a pretty big garden in the house. As beautiful as it is, it also needs to be maintained and cleaned sometimes, so you must participate when the time comes. Skills in gardening and repairing stuff are very welcome. We have a weekly cleaning schedule for the house to take care of the chaos. All in all, we firmly believe in the motto, "Live and let live", so you are free to be your true self unless it bothers someone else. We're pretty sure, you wouldn't regret renting the room.
The most important part, the Hauptmieter will be moving out of the WG after a few months. So, in case nobody else takes over the responsibility, the WG will need to be dissolved and that is the reason for a limited time contract. This can be extended indefinitely as well in case one of you steps up and takes over the hauptmieter responsibilities.
