Unfortunately our flat mate Nayla is leaving to move in with her boyfriend, so now we're looking for someone to take over.
The room is cozy 11.4m^2 and comes with a nice wooden floor and a large wardrobe, where you can store all your stuff. The other furniture in the photos has already moved out. :)
The window faces the street, but it's generally quite silent.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a washing machine and clothes dryer.
In the basement we have a bit of storage space and also space to keep your bicycle.

Unsere Mitbewohnerin Nayla zieht nun mit ihrem Freund zusammen und deshalb suchen wir nun nach Ersatz.
Dein Zimmer ist gemütliche 11.4 m^2 groß, hat einen Holzfußboden und einen großen Schrank, in dem sicherlich alle deine Sachen Platz finden werden :). Die anderen Möbel auf den Bildern sind leider schon ausgezogen.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. Spülmaschine). Dazu haben wir auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
Es gibt auch ein Kellerabteil, in dem noch einige Dinge Platz finden können und einen Platz, um dein Rad unterzustellen.
The flat is located centrally on Esmarchstraße in Altona.
You’ll find everything you need nearby, including Aldi, Edeka, DM, Lidl, IKEA, and other shops.
The S-Bahn and Altona station are just a short walk away (10-15 minutes).
With the bus or train you can reach the central station in 30 minutes and Schanze in 15.
With a bike you can be even quicker! :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Esmarchstraße in Altona.
In der Nähe befindet sich alles was man braucht - Aldi, Lidl, DM, Ikea, etc..
Von hier bist du in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof Altona.
Den Hauptbahnhof erreichst du mit dem ÖPNV in unter 30 min und die Schanze in ca 15 min.
Mit dem Rad bist du noch schneller unterwegs :).
You’d be sharing the flat with Julián and Michael.
Julián is in the apartment the longest. He likes doing sports and going out. During the week he works 9-5 as an engineer in aerospace.
I (Michael) just recently moved to Hamburg. I like music and go bouldering from time to time. I'm always happy about a chat in the kitchen, or going to cafes, bars and museums together from time to time. I'm working 9-5 as an engineer in wind energy.
Generally the flat has a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
We're social people, but often find ourselves having busy schedules.
We'd be happy to find someone roughly in the same stage of life, who has a sense of cleanliness as well :).

Die Wohnung würdest du dir mit Julián und Michael teilen.
Julián ist ist am längsten in der WG. Er macht gerne Sport und ist oft abends unterwegs. Er arbeitet 9-5 als Ingenieur bei Airbus.
Ich (Michael) bin gerade erst nach Hamburg gezogen und neu in der WG.
Ich höre gerne Musik und gehe, wenn es die Zeit zulässt gerne bouldern.
In der Woche arbeite ich als Ingenieur in der Windenergie.
Ich freue mich immer über einen Schnack in der Küche oder auch mal gemeinsam in Bars, Cafés, Museen zu gehen.
Insgesamt ist das WG-Leben meistens ruhig und entspannt.
Wir sind beide sehr offen, aber teilweise recht beschäftigt.
Wir würden uns freuen jemanden zu finden der/die in einer ähnlichen Lebensphase ist und uns auch beim Putzplan unterstützt :).

Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 540€, wobei Strom, Gas, Wasser, Internet, GEZ... schon dabei sind. Den Mietvertrag schließt du direkt mit dem Vermieter ab.
