22.5 sq. m bedroom in a 150 sq. m shared flat available from February 2025 on! The room could stay furnitured until 3/25 - we'll discuss that according to your plans.
It's in a 5 people WG just by Schlump -- you'll be living with Lucia, Cristina, Max and Philipp.
The flat itself is huge, sprawling over 152 sq. m. It's a beautiful Altbau with wood work on the ceilings. There is a WC, a bathroom with a bathtub, a live-in kitchen, and a laundry/guest room with a bunk bed (yes, we're crafty!). The kitchen is the heart of the WG, ocasionally drawing us all in for communal dinners or a Feierabendbier.
There is a good chance that the facade of the house will be energetically renovated and wrapped in a scaffolding as happened to the other side of house last year - so you should probably be ready to spend some time behind a scaffolding before enjoying the brightness of the room again. Details were not yet communicated by the landlords though.
Max is 32 years old and is doing his PhD in Sociology. He is our social science expert, broadly interested in all kinds of socio-political topics. He loves a glass of good French wine and is up for all sorts of cultural events.
Cristina is 28 years old, originally from Spain and living in Germany since 2019. She works in renewable energy and, correspondingly, is herself a generator of immense power! She loves music (piano and singing), sports (hiking, running) and travelling and is by the way a very promising competitor in the upcoming Hamburg Triathlon.
Philipp is 30 years old and studies educational sciences. He works as a social worker and on weekends at a bar in the Schanze. He takes interest in many kinds of sports and politics.
Lucia is years old and about to finish her Master's in Digital Transformation and Sustainability while she already works in that field and manages to be pretty sporty at the same time. She is fluent in Italian and Kickboxing.
