My name is Özlem, I am 34 years old, and I am from Türkiye. I am preparing to settle in Germany to start my new position. As I transition into life here, finding a warm and stable place to live is a top priority. I would describe myself as an organized, meticulous, and cheerful individual who values a home as a place of rest and comfort. My first goal is to learn German. I will go to the course as well as studying. My English is at a B1 level, which allows me to communicate . Additionally, my sister and my boyfriend already reside in Germany, so I have a strong support network here.i am also a sea rower and a yoga lover.
I have a valid work permit and job contract in Germany, which will provide me with a stable income starting shortly. Currently, I do not yet have a SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) record; however, I am prepared to share the following documents to support my application:

Proof of Income / Bank Statements: I am able to share recent bank statements that demonstrate my financial capacity to meet regular rent payments.
