The room is located in a quiet place with a beautiful backyard full of greenery. There is a big queen-sized bed which is very comfortable to sleep in. The room comes with a mini refrigerator that can be used for personal purposes. The available table is extremely spacious and you can store all your belongings in it. Apart from that, there is also a cupboard that can be used to store clothes. There are two kitchens, you can use both. There is one kitchen right next to the room with four stove tops. There are two bathrooms which can be used. The bigger bathroom is available for you.

There is a bus stop which is 5 minutes from the apartment where you can take bus 33 to go to Altstadt and Emmertsgrund. There is a tram stop which is 10 minutes away where you can take lines 23 and 24 to go to Bismarckplatz and Hanz-Thoma Platz. Rohrbach markt is only 15 minutes away from the apartment. For shopping, there is a Netto that is 5 minutes away. There is also an Aldi, Rewe and DM which are 15 minutes away.

The roommates are mostly not available during the weekdays so you get your freedom completely. Moreover, they are extremely friendly and you can ask them anything for help. There are no specific rules that needs to be followed, you can live your life as you wish. There are two washing machines and one dryer available for you to use. These are free of cost.
