Hello Im Engjëlli and Im looking for a flat share in Heidenheiman

Hello there im a 20 y.o student in DHBW Heidenheim and Im currently looking for an appartement, shared or not it doesn't matter I have visited some apartments in Heidenheim before, but I am specifically looking for a new place that meets the following criteria:
- Affordable: My budget is max 400€ per month.
- Clean: I prefer a well-maintained and hygienic living space.
- Well-maintained: I would appreciate an apartment that is in good condition.
- New: If possible, I would like to rent a recently built or renovated apartment.
- Location: It doesn't matter if the apartment is up to 30 minutes away from the city center by foot, as long as it meets all the other requirements.
