Tenant for studio apartment/ flat share in Idar-Oberstein wanted

Hi!
My name is Pei, I'm going to study in Idar-Oberstein for MFA (master degree) jewellery design, so I'm looking for either flat share or studio/ one room flat. I always keep my place cozy and tidy, I really need to feel it like my home:)

The following things are what I care:
01.I will study at Fachhochschule Trier (Vollmersbachstrasse 53 55743) so the closer the better.
02.The kitchen, I use it a lot, I make yogurt every two weeks and cook almost every day. It will be perfect if you enjoy cooking or eating as well!
03.Balcony would be a big plus!!!
