Master's student at THI Ingolstadt

My name is Sudhanshu Patil, I am 24 years old and I come from India. I am an engineer. I am pursuing a master's degree at the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt and would like to rent your apartment from February 2025.

I speak English fluently and I'm currently learning German. I am a friendly and family-oriented person who does not smoke. My focus is on my studies and in my free time I like to go to the cinema or go hiking. Cleanliness is important to me, so I would like to participate in the weekly cleaning activities.

My studies last 3 semesters. So I will stay for a long time. So that we both have a good time, we can first sign a short contract. With our mutual agreement we can then expand it. Be reassured about the rent as the German government does not grant a visa unless the student (me) secures living expenses for a year at a bank. I also plan to find a job as soon as possible.
