Hello, my girlfriend and I live together, and we are looking for a roommate for the spare room in our house. We are both engineers, 23 and 26 years old, and open-minded people.

We prefer the person coming to the room to be female.

The location of the house is in Fulya neighborhood on the European side. It's very easy to access M2 Metro, Yıldız-Mahmutbey Metro, Metrobus, Beşiktaş, Şişli, Gayrettepe, and Bus stops.

We are asking for a monthly rent of 300€ (10000TRY), including bills.

It is in the silent part of the Mecidiyeköy neighborhood. Very close to the metro - metrobüs (6-7 min by foot.) you can walk to besiktas and to the shore in 20 mins. Taksim sq. is 2 station away. And many universities in eash reach such as

you can ask me about your own uni campus and I can let you know how to get there and how long it would take.

Many restaurants and supermarkets around. Silent but also very central!

The rent can be paid in euros or liras and the lira rent is 10000 turkish liras. I put the ad in euros and it is a bad estimation! so do ask about the rent :)
