I am looking for someone cool to live with and share my cozy studio apartment for the period of 3 months.
Since I would also live there, I am keeping the price less than half of what I pay.
The studio has a really big room, a big kitchen and a big bathroom and a beautiful Garden.
Important to know that the room is SHARED (when I am also in Köln), For the bed, I have a bunk bed, so it is very comfortable with privacy.
But there is enough space in Kitchen, Dining area, Living area and it is well furnished.
You can see everything in the pictures.

It is well located in the Nippes area, 2 min walk from Florastr. tram stop of 12 and 15
Literally the whole market is a 5 minute walk.
Literally All the supermarkets are a 5 minute walk. And there are a lot of nice restaurants around, beer gardens, pubs, and cafes some of them are open until 4 am in the morning.
There are shops to buy almost everything, Neusser Str. is one of the main commercial areas in Köln.

I am an open minded person (26 M), working as an Architect. Most of the time working or out with friends .
Sometimes I like to invite people over to have some comfortable time.
So it is chill, Everything is fine and there are no restrictions on eating and drinking. I just like the place smoke free and smell free. So if you smoke a lot, then it won't be nice for me. But little smoking outside is fine if you make sure you don't smell in the apartment.
I have lived in many places in the world (in 4 countries) with people from different cultural backgrounds, so I appreciate tolerant and kind people who don't hate others opinions and their preferences. You can be anything here, identify as anything. Do anything, until and unless it is not causing discomfort to others. I like to be quiet, and keep the environment quiet as well. And I like to talk about good things as well.
I think, I am well read person and can have discussions on almost anything. It could be interesting or boring, depends.
