Auf der Suche nach einer WG / Einzelwohnung

Hello, my name is Rita-Josy Haddoub, 26 years old, and will be going to krems for a period of 6 months as part of an Erasmus Mundus program in Media Arts and Cultures, at Danube University.
As an international student, I will need to secure the deposit before my arrival to krems, so I would appreciate photos and a detailed description of the rooms and other tennats, and I will be able to sign a contract straight away.
I plan to be arriving to krems between the 24th of August, and the 1st of September.


I am looking for a reasonably sized bedroom, fully furnished with the basics (bed, desk, closet). Hoping that a flat share could have a spacious house plan, natural light, as well as furnished shared spaces. If it is a one person person studio/apartment, i do not mind the size. As long as it is a self sufficient studio.

Located in krems, I prioritise any central spot in the old town. I hope to find a balance between a calm street, calm neighbours, and vicinity to dynamic places; coffee shops/markets. I consider any other town as long as it has easy transport to Krems, and the university. I will not need parking space.

My comfortable budget ranges between 300€ and 400€. However I will consider slightly higher if needed.
