In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in einem super Kiez! Hier findest du gemütliche Kneipen, leckere Restaurants und den tollen Park Rabet mit Basketball, Volleyball, Tischtennis und Spielplatz. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke und Samstags ist immer großer Markt bzw. sind es viele kleine Märkte. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, aber die belebte Eisenbahnstraße nur zwei Straßen entfernt. Die Innenstadt ist in nur 6 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar!

In a quiet side street in a great neighborhood! Here you will find cozy pubs, delicious restaurants and the great Rabet park with basketball, volleyball, table tennis and a playground. There are lots of shops just around the corner and there is always a big market on Saturdays, or rather lots of small markets. The apartment is in a quiet location, but the lively Eisenbahnstraße is only two streets away. The city center can be reached in just 6 minutes by bike!

Hey,
Wir sind Hamed und Jana und sind vor ein paar Monaten zunächst Zwischenmiete hier eingezogen und hatten jetzt das Glück, die Wohnung übernehmen zu dürfen. Und so sind wir einfach geblieben... Unser aktueller Mitbewohner zieht Mitte Januar nach Dänemark und so wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei und wir freuen uns auf einen eine neue Person bei uns in der WG :). Da unsere Übermieter erst vor zwei Wochen wirklich umgezogen sind und ihre Möbel geholt haben, sind die Fotos leider nicht aktuell und gerade ist die Wohnung noch etwas karg. Allerdings sind wir schon fleißig am suchen und geben uns größte Mühe, die Wohnung möglichst schnell in ein schönes, gemütliches zu Hause zu verwandeln.
Wir sind ein Paar, haben aber bisher immer gemeinsam in WGs' gewohnt und fühlen uns damit sehr wohl. Hamed ist Künstler und arbeitet von zu Hause, sodass eines unserer beiden Zimmer ein Studio ist. Aktuell arbeitet er vorallem an Miniaturskulpturen und lernt Deutsch. Ganz besonders kann er sich für Volleyball, Tischtennis, Billiard und co. begeistern und nicht zu vergessen - er kocht sehr viel, insbesondere iranische Gerichte!
Ich bin Jana, habe die letzten Jahre NoBorder-Aktivismus in Vollzeit betrieben und bin jetzt seit letztem Winter dabei, mich auf mein Examen in Jura vorzubereiten, das ich im Februar 26 schreiben werde. Ich lache viel, bin aber selbst nicht die Person, die die Witze reisst. Ausserdem interessiere ich mich für Politik und das Weltgeschehen und verliere mich gern in der Frage, wie Dinge anders laufen könnten und wo wir dazu ansetzen müssen...generell liebe ich spannende, tiefe und inspirierende Gespräche. Davon abgesehen bin ich aber eher eine praktische Person.
Im WG-Leben schätzen wir persönliche, warme Beziehungen, Offenheit und einen großzügigen und respektvollen Umgang miteinander und ganz besonders freuen wir uns über neue Inspirationen und Lachen in der WG :)
Gäste sind hier immer herzlich willkommen und oft kochen wir große Portionen für viele Leute...
Wir verbringen gerne Zeit als WG – besonders beim gemeinsamen Essen oder abends auf dem Balkon, bei einem Getränk und guter Unterhaltung. Aber gleichzeitig haben wir beide auch sehr viel zu tun. Das Wichtigste ist, dass sich hier jeder wohl und zuhause fühlt und niemand das Gefühl hat, etwas tun oder lassen zu müssen.

We're Hamed and Jana and we moved in here a few months ago as a temporary tenants and have now been lucky enough to take over the apartment. And so we just stayed... Our current flatmate is moving to Denmark in mid-January and so a room is becoming available and we are looking forward to having a new person in our shared flat :). As our new tenants only really moved in two weeks ago and picked up their furniture, the photos are unfortunately not up to date and the apartment is still a bit bare at the moment. However, we are already hard at work looking and are making every effort to turn the apartment into a nice, cozy home as quickly as possible.
We are a couple, but have always lived together in shared flats and feel very comfortable. Hamed is an artist and works from home, so one of our two rooms is a studio. He is currently working on miniature sculptures and learning German. He is particularly enthusiastic about volleyball, table tennis, billiards and the like and not to forget - he cooks a lot, especially Iranian dishes!
I'm Jana, I've been doing NoBorder activism full-time for the last few years and since last winter I've been preparing for my law exam, which I'll be writing in February 26. I laugh a lot, but I'm not the person who cracks the jokes. I'm also interested in politics and world affairs and like to lose myself in the question of how things could be different and where we need to start...in general, I love exciting, deep and inspiring conversations. But apart from that, I'm more of a practical person.
In shared flat life, we value personal, warm relationships, openness and a generous and respectful interaction with each other and we are especially happy about new inspirations and laughter in the shared flat :)
Guests are always welcome here and we often cook large portions for lots of people...
We enjoy spending time together as a flat share - especially eating together or in the evening on the balcony with a drink and good conversation. But at the same time, we both have a lot to do. The most important thing is that everyone feels comfortable and at home here and no one feels they have to do or not do anything.
