The two roommates are very nice and we have always been able to live well together. Since I quickly realized that shared apartments were not right for me personally, it was more of a functional shared apartment, but we still got on well. That's why we also used our own kitchen utensils and food. You can then decide how you want to handle it. :)

The following requirements are important for renting.
•Tenant's self-disclosure (see attachment)
•Identity card, visa
•Proof of blocked account or guarantee (ID, •employment contract and proof of salary of the guarantor)

The deposit is €950, i.e. two basic rents.

The apartment consists of a total of 3 rooms, the kitchen and the bathroom. There is also a small storage room in the hallway. The room is 20 square meters and offers plenty of space. Hopefully you can see most of the things in the pictures, otherwise please feel free to contact us with any questions. The room will then be handed over completely empty.

Location
The apartment is located in the east of Leipzig between Anger-Crottendorf and Reudnitz.
Public transport is 3 to 5 minutes away. Stop "Breitestr." Tram 4, Bus 70, 72, 73. The Anger-Crottendorf S-Bahn station is about 11 minutes on foot.
The area is not particularly loud and you can reach the city center within 10 minutes.
Aldi, Rewe and Kaufland are also not far away and of course a few late-night shops.

WG-Lebe

Die beiden Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und wir konnten bis jetzt immer gut zusammen leben. Da ich schnell gemerkt haben das WG's für mich persönlich nicht das richtige ist, war es eher eine Zweck-WG, aber wir haben uns trotzdem immer gut verstanden. Daher haben wir auch unsere eigenen Küchenutensilien und eigene Lebensmittel verwendet. Wie ihr das Handhaben möchtet könnt ihr dann entscheiden. :)

Sonstiges

Folgende Anforderungen sind für die Vermietung wichtig.
•Mieterselbstauskunft (siehe Anlage)
•Personalausweis, Visum
•Nachweis Sperrkonto oder Bürgschaft (Perso, •Arbeitsvertrag und Gehaltsnachweise des Bürgen)


Die Kaution beträgt 950€ also zwei Kaltmieten.


Die Wohnung besteht aus insgesamt 3 Zimmern, der Küche und dem Bad. Im Flur gibt es außerdem noch eine kleine Abstellkammer. Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die meisten Dinge kann man den Bildern hoffentlich entnehmen, ansonsten kommt gern mit Frage auf uns zurück. Das Zimmer wird dann komplett leer übergeben.


Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Leipziger Osten zwischen Anger-Crottendorf und Reudnitz.
ÖPNV ist 3 bis 5 min entfernt. Haltestelle "Breitestr." Tram 4, Bus 70, 72, 73. Ungefähr 11 min zu Fuß wäre auch der S-Bahnhof Anger-Crottendorf.
Die Gegend ist nicht besonders laut und man erreicht die Innenstadt innerhalb von 10 min.
Unweit sind auch Aldi, Rewe und Kaufland und natürlich ein paar spätis.
