The room is quite beautiful, with a good sunlight when the weather is nice for the whole day, you could even get the goldenhour sunset vibe since the whole flat faced to the south.
It is furnished, it has a single size bed, a desk and a big cabinet shelves. There’s no closet but for me I use the cabinet shelves for everything, from clothes, books to cosmetic products.
The neighbourhood is absolutely quiet and lovely, nice neighbours and away from the noisy main street.
The flat is faced to a school though so you should expect some noise during the school breaks but other than that its really beautiful. I enjoyed its vibe during the autumn when the trees are full of coloured leaves, it was majestic.
However for the groceries shopping, you could either go to the nearby REWE which is like 9min walk, or go to the oriental shops on the other side of Eisenbahnstraße.
Since the flat is quite near to the S-bahn and bus stop, about 5min walk, you could go anywhere you fancy in this big city of Leipzig.
Since I’m moving out to a different state, you will get to live with Yasamin, she‘s currently learning german so she could eventually pass her exam. So it would be advisable to be respectful and not to be too noisy. But most of the time, she‘s either working or spending time out.
She‘s quite sociable as well and would love to speak german in order to improve her language. She adores drinking tea and talk about anything.
Although the flat is quite small but very cozy, it has everything one could need, from a fully furnished kitchen with appliances, such as a fridge with a seperate freezer, an electric stove with an oven, a small dining table that fits the place perfectly. The toilet has an integrated shower, everything is clean and new. You‘ll find a shared paid washing machine down in the basement. (€2-€4 a wash, it depends how long you want to use it)
The electric bill is not included to the rent, so you‘d have to talk about it with the landlord. And about the moving-in date, I‘m quite flexible, we could arrange something in the end.
Moreover I‘d leave a few things behind, such as a brand new mattress and a few new cookware, so if interested then a small reasonable price would be perfect.
And finally, I‘d be happy to answer any further questions and arrange a casting, so you are mostly welcome to introduce yourself.
