Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in der Südvorstadt. Die nächste Tram-Haltestelle ist "Südplatz" und vor der Haustür fährt auch der Bus 89. Die Wohnung liegt charmant im Plattenbau im Hochparterre, aber reinschauen kann von der Straße keine*r direkt. Wir wohnen super zentral und mit dem Rad kannst du ganz Leipzig in alle Himmelsrichtungen in weniger als 20 Min. erreichen. Das absolute Highlight ist die Nähe zum Clarapark und zum Auwald. Du hast von hier aus immer einen grünen Radweg - in fast jede Richtung.

The apartment is very centrally located in Südvorstadt. The nearest tramstop is “Südplatz” and bus 89 stops right outside the front door. The apartment is charmingly located in a prefabricated building on the mezzanine floor, but no one can see in directly from the street. The absolute highlight is the proximity to Clarapark and the Auwald forest. From here, you always have a green cycle path - in almost every direction.

Ich (Ave) bin 35 Jahre alt, cis-Frau und Weiß und arbeite meist remote von zuhause als politische Bildnderin. Ich bezeichne mich als queer-feministisch, Kunst affin und aktivistisch. Ich liebe Fahrradfahren und bin im Sommer viel am See oder in meinem Garten. Die Wohnung hat auch viele Pflanzen und ist dadurch sehr gemütlich. Im Winter hab ich es gerne warm und suche offene Feuer, bspw. Beim wöchentlichen Saunaabend. Ich selbst arbeite und suche nach einer Person, die auch etwas mehr Ruhe daheim braucht.

Für das Zusammenleben wünsche ich mir eine aufgeschlossene Person, die auch mal Lust auf Kochen füreinander hat, aber auch ihr Ding macht. Falls wir beide Projekträume und Küfas mögen, können wir da gerne auch zusammen hingehen. Ich entdecke super gerne neue Orte in der Stadt. Ich würde meinen Lebensstil als nachhaltig bezeichnen - das zeigt sich in meinen Lebensmitteln und auch im alltäglichen Handeln. Zusammen können wir entscheiden, ob wir einen Putzplan brauchen oder es auch so geht. Generell ist mir ein sauberes Zuhause wichtig.

I (Ave) am 35 years old, cis-woman and white, and I work mostly remotely from home as a political educator. I describe myself as queer-feminist, arty and activist. I love cycling and spend a lot of time at the lake or in my garden in summer.The apartment also has lots of plants, which makes it very cozy. In winter, I like to be warm and look for open fires, for example at the weekly sauna evening. I work myself and am looking for someone who also needs a bit more quietness at home.

For living together, I'm looking for an open-minded person who also likes to cook for each other sometimes, but also does their own thing. If we both like project spaces and Küfas, we can also go there together. I love discovering new places in the city. I would describe my lifestyle as sustainable - it shows in my food and also in my everyday actions. We can decide together whether we need a cleaning plan or whether we can do without. In general, a clean home is important to me.
