Room with a great view, 120cm bed, a closet and a night table with a lamp (see photo). To be rented initially from February for 6 months, with a potential (but not a promise yet), to extend after that for an unlimited amount of time.
Location is in Steinbüchel, just in front of Lidl, Pharmacy, Döner place and a couple of other useless shops :) 2-3 minutes from a bus station and downstairs there is a Spielplatz and a football/Basketball court.
I receive my kids every second weekend. I have them also on Wednesday for 2 hours, so I hope you would not be interrupted by that.
Please note that consumption of Alcohol and Tobacco are strictly forbidden in the house (also no vape, Iqos or e-cigarettes).
I am a quite person and will not cause noise for you, but I am social also and we can have conversations if you are up for it.
