Your room has 17sqm and has two big windows. It is partly furnished so you don't need to bring a bed and a wardorbe with you. There is also the option to keep the lamps. Unfortunately our last tenant lost the key for the door but until now it never was a problem because we trust each other and everyone respects the privacy of the others. If you insist on changing the lock, we'll have to talk to our landlord.
Our flat is located in Whitcroft Road, which is a nice place to live! Just around the corner you can find Newsham Park, a Laundry Service and a few restaurants and bars. If you walk for a few minutes you can reach a gym and a Lidl easily. If you study at the University of Liverpool you don't need a car. You can reach University within 20 mins by using the public transport, or within 10 mins by bicycle.
In our flatshare you are going to have two flatmates: Lisa and Olivia.
Lisa is 23 yrs old and studies at the University of Liverpool. She lives here for three yrs now and moved in last September.
Olivia is also 23 and is a trainee in a real estate agency. They both like cooking together, watching netflix-documentaries or reading a good book. Our flat has a balcony, so they love spending summer nights sitting outside and drinking some wine.
