Fully furnished room with a shared bathroom . Very cosy and sunny (big window to exterior). Great neighbourhood (Alfonso XIII). 30min to city center by Metro (Line 4) and 2 stops from Av. America (big station). Everything included in the price (electricity, gas, water and wifi). No cleaning service. Fully equiped shared kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine. Outdoor and indoor terrace (great for summer). Lots of cafes/supermarkets nearby. Berlin Park 10min walk from the house. Room includes towels, bed sheets, pillows, quilt, blankets, stuff for the kitchen etc...
Living in the house: 2 german girls (sharing bathroom with you) ,1 scottish girl (with own bathroom) and 1 spanish boy (with his own bathroom + kitchen) . Lots of space and peaceful home. We speak german, english and spanish
Perfect for Erasmus students (autonoma) , Deutsche Schülle or Goethe Institut
No pets! No couples! No party WG!
