The apartment is located close to the Paseo Maritimo and the sea. 8 minutes walk to the city centre and all other places. And to the Port.
There is bus-stop to the University, num 11. and also bus-stop directto the Airtport
There are all kinds of shops around, and supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, banks, pubs,....
The roomates are normally young people. They could be students or workers. They could be from diferents country, and the age are similar.
could be a mixed one, between women and men, that depends of who is coming and the time is living.
I want calm persons, with a good character for a good time.
I prefer a long term time for live in the apartment, and prefer a not smoker person.
Pet are not alowed as it's a share apartment.
Each one has to keep clean his own room, and between all must keep clean the house where the are living.
I can give bed linen and towels, if they dont bring them.
