Spacious and bright apartment to rent, with 67 square meters located in a quiet and very central area. It has 2 large bedrooms, 1 medium bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Fully furnished with washing machine, oven, gas and fridge. Each room has a bed, a wardrobe and a study table.
The flat is located in the center of the city, 5-minute walking from the heart of Malaga, next to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, health center, and 5 minutes from the El Elido campus of the University of Malaga. You may use the service of bikes from Malaga City Council located nearby totally free. Very close to several bus stops (1, 36, 37, C1, C2 and N2).
The flat is normally rent to Erasmus students who are coming to Málaga during one semester. The tenants can make use of the kitchen, the living room and the shared bathroom. The rules of good coexistence should be respected, as well as the norms of the community and the building. According to equitable turns, the tenants have to maintain and share the cleaning of the aforementioned common areas: bathroom, living room and kitchen, and the rented room.
