Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Stadtteil Neckerstadt-Ost. Viele nette Cafés und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Läden wie Rewe, Netto, Edeka und sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß oder weniger auf einem Fahrrad. Die Gegend hat alte schöne und gut erhaltene alte Gebäude, wie Sie in einem von ihnen leben werden. Die Straßen sind sauber und ruhig. Die Wohnung ist nur 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum und 15 zur Universität mit Straßenbahn oder Fahrrad.

The apartment is located in the beautiful district of Neckerstadt-Ost. Many cute cafes and restaurants are with in walking distance. Many stores like Rewe, Netto, Edeka, and are few minutes walk or less on a bike. The area has old beautiful and well preserved old buildings as you will be living in one of them. The streets are clean and quiet. The apartment is only 10 minutes away from the city center and 15 to the university by tram or bicycle.

Ich bin mit Sam, 37 Jahre alt und lebe seit einigen Jahren in Deutschland. Ich beendete meine Meister in Berlin vor einigen Jahren und zog zur Arbeit nach Mannheim. Ich arbeite für eine internationale humanitäre Organisation. Ich arbeite 3 Wochen im Büro und verbringe eine Woche in Berlin. Mein Deutsch ist gerade begrenzt, aber es geht weiter. Ich bin jedoch fließend auf Englisch. Ich bin einfach zu gehen, freundlich und einfach mit Person zu sprechen. Ich mag Sportarten wie Radfahren, ultimative Frisbee spielen oder mein Motorrad fahren. Ich bin auch Fotograf. Ich bin sehr sozial und erwarte, dass Freunde oft besuchen. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer gemeinnützigen Person, die Interesse daran hat, ein gemeinsames Leben zu teilen und gleichzeitig gute Unabhängigkeit zu erhalten.

I work for an international humanitarian organization. I do home office 3 weeks and spend one week in Berlin. My German is limited right now but it is progressing. However I am fluent in English. I am easy going, friendly and easy to talk to person. I like doing sports like cycling, playing ultimate frisbee, or riding my motorbike. I am also a photographer.
