The room is really great with perfect location and great price - very cozy with build in bunk bed creating something like a second floor as the sealing is very high. It is super practical and perfect for students.
It will be available form the last weekend of September.
It is fully furnished and I am looking for someone willing to take the room with the furniture (it is not brand new, mostly second hand, but I have bough everything myself and it would cost around 300 EUR - including wardrobe, a desk, office chair, big comfy armchair, a sofa for 2, 2 x small table, a regal 2x2, a lamp, clothes hanger, big double mattress, drawers (the middle is defect so if you don't want it it is ok:)).
Moreover, I have paid a lot of money for the build in bunk bed to the previous tenant and now I would ask for a portion of that. Later when you move out, you will be able to do the same. I have paid 450 EUR just for the bunk bed but I would now ask for 350 EUR only and this includes the bunk bed and washing machine we bought less than 1 year ago. Those money you can get back from the next tenant when you move out (this was the idea when they built it).
So to sum up:
- monthly rent: 275 EUR
- caution: 250 EUR (you get back when you move out)
- bunk-bed + washing machine: 350 EUR (you get it back from the next tenant when you move out)
- furniture: 300 EUR
There is a kitchen with everything needed including fridges, an oven, new washing machine, blender, coffee maker, and everything needed.
There is a small toilet and a separate bathroom with a bath, shower and a second toilet. We have a storage room where we keep cleaning equipment.
The locatuon is just great - 2 minutes walk from the tram-station Tattersall, 5 minutes away from Kunsthalle, about 6-7 min wanking distance from the Central railway station.
There is a supermarket Lidl right around the corner, post office, the Wasseturm and everything you might need.
The shopping area is also a few minutes away and you can enjoy the Luisenpark just 10 minutes away.
Currently, we are 4 girls in the WG but male flatmates are also very welcome.
Two of the girls are native Germans speaking English as well, the third flatmate will be moving out in November as well so there will be two new people in the flat. The WG is very friendly for people not speaking good German.
There are 2 students and 2 working flatmates creating a great balance with our routines :)
The atmosphere is very relaxed and we often try to organize activities together depending on our schedules.
