I have a room available in the south of the city (from June 15th) in Romero de Terreros, Coyoacan. Very near Oasis Coyoacan (mall), Coyoacan center and metro station "Miguel Angel de Quevedo", just 2 stations away from UNAM; is also 10 min away from Insurgentes sur, so you could use the Metrobus.
The room is furnished, it has a bed, desk and a big closet. Is a small but cozy apartment, in the 1st floor of a building (no elevator). The apartment has only one bathroom and two bedrooms, so you would only share it with me; I have a laundry machine that you could use and of course you could also use the kitchen appliances like dishes, stove, microwave, blender, mini-oven, etc. The rent is 5600 pesos per month and it includes services (water, gas, energy, internet and cleaning service for the shared areas and bedrooms twice a month).
I'm a project manager, currently working very near the apartment. I'm a quiet person and like things to be ordered and clean, I'm a social person but I prefer meeting people outside the apartment, so visitors won't come very often. During weekdays I value my sleeping time a lot! :) Apart from working, I like reading, drawing, watching movies and series, cooking, running, hiking, biking and lately, practicing yoga.
I would love to share the apartment with a respectful and easy going person :)
