The free room is the largest with two large windows towards the south and east side, therefore it is very light. Furniture can be negotiated with the previous tenant but no need to take it. The shared rooms include the bathroom, the corridor and the kitchen. (The room with the carpet is not for rent currently) The kitchen provides some space for eating and meeting, or also chilling. Most stuff for coocking etc. is already there. The house includes a small garden, which can also be used, but belongs to the lady of the ground floor. In the garden is also a shed for 1 bicycle.
The whole flat has a floor heating system.
You can reach the U6 subway within 5 minutes (fröttmaning) or 10 min (kieferngarten). It is well connected to the TUM campus in Garching (12min) and LMU in the city (12min) or at Klinikum Großhadern (30 min), the Helmholtz campus can be reached by bike in 15 min. The subway takes you to the city center in around 15 min. There are some additional busses at kieferngarten station for other directions. The natural reserve area (awsome for outdoor activities) can be reached by foot in 5 min, the stadion in 10-15minutes. The closed grocery store is 15min walking distance, 3min by bike but a variety of larger stores can be reached in 10-15 min by bike. (Tiny shop also at the subway station)
You will be sharing the flat with Defne (29) and Tilman. Defne is a bioinformatition working for a lab in bochum remotely. Tilman will start a PhD in biochemistry in autumn. Of course, we want to create a friendly and commjnal living environment where everyone's privacy is considered and we can all feel at home.
Pets will not be possible because of the landlords preferences. Thanks for reading
