I’m moving out of my room on Leopoldstraße and looking for someone to take it over. I’m leaving mid-February, but the date is flexible—just send me a message and we can figure out the details.
The rent is €950 per month.
The room is spacious (around 20 m²) with two heaters and two large windows, making it bright and airy on sunny days.
It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, a closet, a shelf, a desk, and a desk chair.
Some of the other furniture in the pictures (like the small wooden shelf, bedside tables, white chair, and second table) belong to me, but I’m happy to sell them to you at a fair price if you’re interested.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with two fridges, an oven, and a dishwasher. There is one bathroom with a washing machine.
A cleaning team comes twice a month to clean the commun areas, but you still have to do your bit.
If you’re interested or have any questions, feel free to reach out! 😊
This is arguably one of the best locations in Munich! The apartment is right next to Giselastraße station (U3 and U6 lines), less than a minute from the front door. Münchner Freiheit is a short walk away, and there are plenty of buses available nearby.
The Englischer Garten is just a 5-minute walk, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the summer/winter.
There are several supermarkets (Lidl, Penny, Rewe, Bio Markt) and shops like Zara close by, as well as many bars, cafes, and food spots (including great Döner places).
It’s particularly convenient for students, with the university only a 12-minutes walk away.
You’ll be living with Chiara, Phaseeh, Kai, and Peng (plus his girlfriend). Chiara is studying dentistry, Phaseeh is a journalist finishing his master’s degree and Kai and Peng are researchers.
The flatshare is relaxed and social. While we don’t have a living room, we often hang out in the kitchen to chat, eat, or joke around. Sometimes we grab a beer, but everyone also respects each other’s need for privacy and downtime.
I’ve had a nice time in this flat, so I’d love to find someone who’s open to similar experiences and gets along well with the flatmates.
The apartment is in an old building, so it has its quirks. It’s not the most modern or fancy place, but it’s functional and easy to live in.
