Das Zimmer ist 16qm, voll möbliert (siehe Fotos), und zur jetzigen Ausstattung kommt noch ein Fernseher, Fernsehschrank und Couch. Die Boxen unter dem Bett räume ich natürlich noch weg!
Die Wohnung wurde von mir die letzten Monate renoviert und ist zwar heute noch nicht 100% fertig (es fehlen bspws noch einige Sockelleisten), aber wird bis zum 01.03 fertig sein :)
Das Zimmer schaut auf eine wenig befahrene Fahrradstrasse mit grossen Fenstern also ist es schön hell!

The room is 16sqm, is fully furnished (see the pictures) and on top I will add a TV with a cupboard and a couch for the corner until March. I will remove all the boxes below the bed also!
Ive renovated the whole apartment the last few months so everything is brand new (still finishing up some things now like the baseboards but will be finished by 01.03). The room looks onto a quiet street with big windows so allows for lots of light!
Man ist in 8min am Bahnhof Harras (Sbahn, U6) und kommt von da schnell in die Stadt. Von Harras fahren auch viele Regionalzüge in die Berge (zB Tegernsee). Die Autobahn beginnt auch direkt hier. Der Westpark ist keine 200m entfernt für Spaziergänge oder ein Kaffee bei „Gans am Wasser“.

The station Harras is 8min walking away and you can get to Marienplatz within 8min from there (SBahn and U6). Here there are also tegional trains taking you to the mountains for example Tegernsee. If you have a car the highway starts here also. The best part about it is the Westpark, which is only 200m away and has cool cafes.
Ich bin 29y alt, bin Ingenieur und habe die Wohnung vor 1 Jahr gekauft. Ich bin öfter im Home-Office, aber sehr aktiv und daher die meisten Abende und am Wochenende unterwegs. Dabei treffe ich mich gerne mit Freunden, trainiere Triathlon oder gehe in die Berge oder auf Backpacking-Reisen. Wenn sich jemand findet mit dem man Hobbies auch teilen kann wäre super aber ist absolut kein Muss!
Ich bin kein grosser Putzfimmel aber ich räume hinter mir auf und lasse mein dreckiges Geschirr nicht/selten in der Küche stehen und putze regelmässig mal. Ich würde mir das gleiche von meinem Mitbewohner erhoffen :)
Meine Freundin würde sich mit mir wahrscheinlich ein Zimmer und ein Arbeitszimmer teilen, ist aber noch nicht klar. Sie ist 25J, kommt aus Australien und spricht (zurzeit) nur Englisch.

I am 29y old, an engineer and bought the apartment 1 year ago. I often work from home, but I'm very active and therefore out and about most evenings and weekends. I like to meet up with friends, train for triathlons or go to the mountains or to festivals. If there is someone to share some hobbies with, that would be great but is definitely not a must! Its important to me we get along though :)
I'm not a big clean fuss but I clean up after myself and don't/rarely leave my dirty dishes in the kitchen and clean regularly. I would hope for the same from my roommate :)
My girlfriend would probably share a room and a study with me, but it's not clear yet. She is 25 years old, comes from Australia and (currently) only speaks English.
Die Miete von 750€ ist all-in (also inklusive Internet, Nebenkosten, GEZ etc). Die 6Monate könnte man theoretisch noch verlängern aber ich mache das noch etwas abhängig von meiner Freundin 😊
Sollte meine freundin einziehen wäre die Miete 700€

The rent of 750€ is all-in (including heating, internet and so on) so there are no extra costs. Theoretically the contract could be extended beyond 6 months but I need to align this with my girlfriend first 😊
