Zwischenmiete - Großes Zimmer in Haus-WG mit Garten :)

Das Haus liegt in Fürstenried West, ganz am Stadtrand. Wir sind ca. 2 Gehminuten vom wunderschönen Forstenrieder Park entfernt, was sich optimal für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen anbietet.
Es gibt einen Vollkorner ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß und einen REWE und Penny direkt an der U-Bahnhaltestelle (U3), die 8 Minuten zu Fuß oder 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen ist.
Mit der U3 ist man in 15 Min. Fahrtzeit am Sendliner Tor, die Anbindung ans Zentrum ist also sehr gut 🌻

Mit Bussen ist man außerdem in ca. 30 Minuten an den umliegenden Seen und die Autobahn in die Berge ist auch direkt vor der Tür.

The house is located in Fürstenried West, right on the outskirts of the city. We are just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Forstenrieder Park, perfect for jogging or leisurely walks. 🌿
For everyday shopping, there’s a VollCorner organic market about 5 minutes away on foot, as well as a REWE and Penny right next to the U3 subway station, which is an 8-minute walk or a quick 3-minute bike ride away.
The U3 takes you to Sendlinger Tor in just 15 minutes, providing excellent connections to the city center. 🌻

Additionally, buses can get you to the nearby lakes in about 30 minutes, and the highway to the mountains is right around the corner—perfect for a weekend getaway! ⛰️✨

Unsere WG löst sich zu Ende April auf, Felix und ich sind diejenigen die das große Zimmer bewohnt haben und aufgrund des früheren Umzuges dir noch die Möglichkeit geben diesen schönen Fleck hier zu nutzen :)
Mit dir Wohnen würden Sabrina (31) die die WG gegründet hat. Sie ist Berufsschullehrerin, klettert sehr gern und ist oft am Wochenende in den Bergen unterwegs. Sie ist super gern handwerklich aktiv und ist unser Organisationstalent.
Cass (27) ist aus den USA und hat 9 Jahre in Singapur studiert und gearbeitet. Sie klettert und bouldert ebenfalls sehr gerne und arbeitet in der Kletterhalle in Thalkirchen. Sie lernt super gern Sprachen und strickt wirklich crazy Sachen. Außerdem liebt sie Bohnen :)
Cass und Franzi (27) studieren gemeinsam im Master "Environment und Society". Franzi arbeitet Teilzeit am Institut. Sie tanzt wahnsinnig gerne, kocht am Liebsten mit dem was so da ist und interessiert sich fürs Kräutersammeln. Ihr ist politischer Aktivismus immer wichtiger, v.a. zu Umwelt, Queeren Themen und globaler Gerechtigkeit.

Alle teilen die Liebe für gutes Essen und kochen richtig gerne. Auch wird oft Zusammen gegessen oder mal ein Film geschaut. Wir haben einen Putzplan, der ganz gut im Rotationsverfahren funktioniert und achten alle ganz gut darauf dass es ordentlich und gemütlich ist in der WG :)
Da wir alle bald ausziehen, kann es sein dass es in der Zwischenmiet-Zeit auch mal ruhig ist und gar nicht alle da sind und du das Haus öfter mal für dich hast. Im April kann es sein dass die einen oder anderen Sachen schon mitgenommen werden, das können wir aber dann gerne bei einem Treffen besprechen :) Bis dahin ist alles wichtige vorhanden wie Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine etc.

Our shared apartment will be coming to an end in late April, and Felix and I, who currently live in the big room, are moving out a bit earlier—so we’re giving you the chance to enjoy this lovely space before it’s gone! 😊
You’d be living with Sabrina (31), who founded the WG. She’s a vocational school teacher, an avid climber, and spends many weekends in the mountains. She’s also super handy and our organizational genius.
Cass (27) is from the USA and spent 9 years in Singapore studying and working. She loves climbing and bouldering and works at the climbing gym in Thalkirchen. She has a passion for learning languages and knits the craziest things. Also—she really loves beans. 😄
Cass and Franzi (27) are both doing their Master’s in "Environment and Society". Franzi also works part-time at the institute. She loves dancing, enjoys cooking creatively with whatever ingredients are available, and is interested in foraging for herbs. She’s increasingly involved in political activism, especially around environmental issues, queer topics, and global justice.

Everyone here shares a love for good food and enjoys cooking together. There are often shared meals and movie nights, and we keep things clean and cozy with a simple rotating chore plan.
Since the WG is dissolving soon, there might be times when it’s quieter and not everyone is around, meaning you’d have the house to yourself more often. In April, some things might already be packed up, but we can discuss all the details in person. Everything essential—like kitchen utensils, a washing machine, etc.—will still be available during your stay. 😊

Da die Miete nicht ganze zwei Monate umfasst, da wir Ende April die restlichen Möbel noch ausräumen werden, würden wir die Miete für April reduzieren auf 600€ all inkl.

Since the rental period is slightly less than two full months, as we’ll be clearing out the remaining furniture at the end of April, we’re reducing the April rent to €600 all-inclusive.
